Job Description
Litigation Paralegal needed for busy Miami Law Firm. Candidate will work on personal injury litigation cases. Candidate must be capable of speaking with clients, speaking with medical providers, and speaking with insurance companies. Candidate must also be able to work within deadlines, prepare pleadings and discovery, and file documents with the court. Prior legal experience with litigation is required.
