New case intake specialist needed for busy Aventura law firm.
The candidate will be required to speak with potential clients for the firm and conduct the initial screening process to determine whether the case is worthy of sign up.
Key Responsibilities for this position are: To serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs); answer calls and greet walk-ins; communicate with potential, current clients and medical providers; schedule consultations between attorneys and prospective clients.
