Kevin Hart. Wow. That car accident that happened a few weeks ago nearly took his life. Apparently he was riding around in a 1970 classic vintage Plymouth or some other car. I’m not really a car guy, but from what I read, the classic muscle car that he was riding around in didn’t have the necessary safety that current cars have.
Do Remodeled Vintage Cars Lack Proper Safety Features?
It didn’t have certain five point harnesses or a rollover cage that in today’s world, when you’re driving around in a modern 2019 or so car, it has those types of safety features that could have prevented the crushing injury to the ceiling of the car or the roof of the car and avoided his injuries or at least minimized his injuries.

Apparently, California is now talking about implementing a law that, you know, these classic antique cars that people like to remodel, re-purpose, and refurbish and then take out into the street, be equipped with current existing safety features, which, you know, listen… I handle car accidents, among other personal injury cases, and I’m all for that. No one wants to see a car accident. And if a car accident happens, you want make sure that if injuries occur, that those injuries are minimized.
